•Total lead for SKY group contains 6 corporates, (Construction, O&M, Facility Services, Management & Consultant, IT business solutions and factory for Non Woven industrial) with total capacity of 6000 employees to cover different business fields as per Egyptian market needs since 2016.

•Optimize the handling of banking relationships and work closely with CFO to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships, also work with finance team to develop a solid cash flow projection and reporting mechanism, and which includes setting a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
•Developing and implementation the business strategy, improve the planning and budgeting process on a continual basis by educating departments and key members of group leadership.
•Planning and driving the different business units & different group departments (Finance, Contracting, Procurement, Warehouse, HR, Marketing, Sales, Supply chain Documentation, Logistic and IT) to achieve planned group goals.
•Keeping control of business expenditure, ensuring it's within agreed budget, analyzing the Profit & Loss of the business units and diminishing the inactive expenses.
•Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the group; specifically relating to the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions or partnerships.

Managing and directing the turn Key Scope of Managed Services for Etisalat Egypt GSM Network : more than 3000 sites distributed an allover Egypt and served from 35 regional offices with total HR work for more than 1000 Technical employees excluding supportive (40% Engineers - 60% Technicians) - Planning / budgeting / Implementing / Follow up / Fine tuning the achievements.
Key Responsibilities: Project Manager (Network Operation & Maintenance):
• Planning, controlling and managing assigned project resources to best meet project objectives while adhering to project time, cost and quality constraints.
• Analyzing project inception plan and creating a schematic layout in view of key quantifiable parameters encompassing - estimation of takeoff costs, reviewing project constructability, scopes of work, sub-contracting requirements, project profitability and scheduling.
• Directing the selection and requisition of project materials, quality control and safety matters on the site.

• (HUAWEI & ETISALAT) Audit Acceptance project (Big Project from Jul 2011 until now).
• (HUAWEI & ETISALAT) NOC (ISP) project (Small Project from July 2009 until Jun 2011).
• (HUAWEI & MOBINIL) NOC Small Project from (Feb 2009 until Nov 2009).
• (HUAWEI & TELECOM Egypt) ISP- DSLAM. (Big Project from Nov 2009 until Dec 2011).

Managed technical office engineers for providing operation and maintenance technical support to Vodafone and Etisalat Egypt wireless telecom networks all over Egypt. In this position, he established end-end operation processes. Issued technical specifications, technical manuals, cases studied and lessons learned. Maintained regular meetings to deal with the customer and subcontractors’ targets. He participated actively in the customer’s and subcontractors’ contracts Negotiation. He participated in project’s budget allocation as well as project’s cost control. He established field maintenance databases, reporting and documentation’s systems.
Lead Connect’s technicians and subcontractors for providing 24x7 operation and maintenance service to Vodafone and Etisalat main switches’ buildings facilities. In this position he Performed sites acceptance. Issued Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports regard all buildings’ structural elements and installed equipment's. Dealt with and rectified any technical problematic incident/ failure of any components in VF switches. Managed sites Spare parts required. Issued time schedule & commercial offer regards remedial work for customer approval. He was responsible for subcontractors’ performance and service quality evaluation that impact financial dues. Managed his team’s performance, productivity, adherence to health and safety regulations, set employees’ motivation system.
Supervised on Connect’s technicians and subcontractors for providing sites’ acceptance, site acquisition survey, LOS and M/W survey maintenance and repair. In this position he Performed site acceptance to ensure compliance with specifications. Handled end to end work implementation; activities related to site survey, materials’ delivery to the site,
materials’ inspection and work execution. He was responsible for work schedules and commercial offers for customer approval. He was responsible for Subcontractors’ performance and service quality that impact subcontractors’ financial dues. Performed work handover to customer. Weekly and monthly Reporting of both work in progress and work achieved.
