In Charge in maintenance of Plant facility equipment such as boilers, deep wells, pumps, air conditioning units, and all production equipment.
Oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems.
Responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.
Supervise hire workers, organize schedules and assign work activities.
Perform training to ensure individuals have all the requisite skills.
Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel records.
Conduct safety and health orientation for all employees.
Prepares all reports needed to submit in DOLE such as WAIR, AEDR, RSO, AMR etc.
Develops, implements and monitor basic occupational health and safety policy, programs and procedures.
Increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization.
Investigate and report on all serious / critical personal injury accidents occurring inside the plant premises.
Conduct investigation and report on complaints of hazardous working conditions to the Resident Manager.
Conduct safety inspection in all areas of the plant.
Assist Project Engineer for Site Paper Works & Requirements.
Ensure that the requirements, workmanship and drawings are in accordance and complied with project specifications
Report all deficiencies correction on site.
Maintain and monitor site working procedures.
Initiate and generate technical instructions, site notes and other site observation.
Assist in administering safety programs and procedures.
Liaise with other disciplines for coordination issues Coordinate and conduct tests and inspections as required under the technical specifications
Prepare quality control reports and maintain records of all Quality Control activities
Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
Materials take offs as per project specification and standard.
Prepare Purchase Request & Order for Site Requirements.
Receiving of material deliveries and counter checking if complies with specifications.
Prepare Delivery Reports and submits to consultants for inspections schedule.
Prepare Inspection Request for Everyday Progress & Coordinating with the Consultant’s Inspector.
Study variations as per Design, IFC and Approved Shop Drawings for additional cost needs to claim to the Client.
