My role as factory manager was to watch over and organize the daily operations of manufacturing on the casting yard; to follow up employees, production and efficiency, to make sure that the work runs smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely; to maintain optimum operation by outsource workers, creating and keeping work and production schedules, hiring and training new employees, monitor the production equipment to make sure that it stays in good condition and repair or replace the equipment when needed, to procure all necessary material and parts for production. Factory manager is the last line of defense for quality control when the pontoon leaves the plant.

Buro Happold was commissioned by Heberger Consulting Engineers to carry out structural design as third party consultant. Review and preparation of Structural design review report, with model and calculations and highlighting possible weak points.
