Managed multi-million dollar Supply Chain Business Intelligence program spread between shores which included 6 Scrum teams comprising of 100 Resources & managed a Team of Project Managers/Leads.
Was also the Product Manager for building MVP as part of Predictive analytics initiative. In addition to these, drove enterprise wide initiatives like Agile methodology adoption across 600 Team Members spanning 80 Scrum teams spread between US & India - lead the ‘DevOps & Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery \[CI/CD\]’ initiative - managing strategic vendors & cross-cultural teams at Target Corporation.

Being part of the ‘Business Intelligence Competency Centre’ \[BICC\] at Reckitt Benckiser-London, led the core team charged with creating/establishing BICC @ Corporate Headquarters along with managing HQ Stakeholders \[+liaison with users across the globe\] & deliver tactical BI programs working with Strategic Vendors. This, after being prompted to London from Sydney after stellar performance in 15 months being based in Australia.
