have it signed by authorized signatory
 Upon signing, ensure all components are prepared for submission according to the client's requirements. Submit
the proposal and update its status in Odoo (CRM) once submitted
 Circulate the contractual document (PO, LOI or SCA) received from Client to the contract reviewers along with
supporting documents and emails.
 Upon approval, issue the IOM (Internal Office Memo) to all concerned departments including all documents
required for the Awarded Project Handover Package. Afterwards, update/close the RFP in the Odoo (CRM)
 Manage incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and other correspondence, ensuring timely responses and
appropriate routing
 Ensures clear communication within sales department and other departments this includes, but is not limited to:
sales processes and other sales initiatives
 Update, utilize, and maintain the team timeline to help keep team members on task and on track to meet deadlines
