Follow up with suppliers for outstanding payments and correspond with the suppliers for payments.
Coordinate with the suppliers and warehouse to track the orders and ensure they are delivered on time
Provide all necessary secretarial and office support to the Manager from handling calls, drafting and processing letters, faxing etc, to liaising on the manager's behalf with Suppliers and Customers
Maintain necessary documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information. Maintain and update all necessary records, files and databas
To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconcilliations are completed on a weekly basis
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Sr. Accountant
