Manage marketing of wealth management, mortgages &SME units of FGB.
Responsible for internal & external communications for the bank.
Monitor the marketing budgets of various businesses and corporate communications.
Partnering the business teams along with the advertising agency to create effective ATL and BTL campaigns and monitor it.
Manage the retail marketing experience across 54 Mashreq branches and centres in the UAE.
Relationship management with creative and media agencies on a going concern.
Liaise between various vendors and Mashreq to maintain a quick turnaround and improve efficiency.
Assist PR, Product and other stake holders of the organization for effective internal / external communications.
Assisting the business teams with the writing of advertising briefs.
Manage the monthly newsletter highlighting the achievements of the bank shared with internal customers.
Filing various nominations for the products and services on behalf of the bank with various award entities.
Close coordination with the Economic departments of various emirates to run promotions for the bank nationwide.
Copy-writing of customer communications in the form of letters, emails and providing input for brochures.
Creating effective communication tools and messages to assist product teams to enhance selling and achieve higher service levels.
Manage content creation to showcase the achievements of the bank regionally.
Manage direct relations with magazines and publication houses to get preferential treatment and higher visibility for the bank.
