• Maintaining Staff Biometric Attendance & sending to payroll.
• Organising transportation according to the employee shifts & necessary needs.
HR & Admin includes:
• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
• Maintain employee records
• Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
• Assist in the recruitment process.
• Payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
• PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly KPI, Training Matrix, Disciplinary Records, Sales Reports, reminders & general Administration works
• Deal with telephone and email enquiries, using an email system (e.g. Outlook)
• Excellent knowledge in using MS-Office software (i.e. Word, power point, excel) as well as Browsing Internet.
• Doing all Admin related works required in office.
• Enquiry & raising Purchase request about related job.
• Various Reports in Microsoft Dynamics required for Branch Manager

Recruitment and coordination of sourcing, screening, on-boarding, and off-boarding of candidates.
• Search resumes from various Job Portals (Monster, Shine, Career Builder, LinkedIn).
• Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
• Conducting Prelims & GD.
• Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
• Negotiate salary with candidates and negotiate pay rate with subcontracting companies and close the position.
• Organize interviews for short listed applicants, including arranging the interview date, panel, rooms and
interview program.
• Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports
