JOB PROFILE: ACCOUNTS
•Received and recorded invoices and arranged payments.

•Preparing regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
•Assist in Preparing financial statements / debtors’ listing & check customers’ credit ratings.
•Maintained all aspects of finance, accounting, marketing & data processing for the company.
•Assist in generating income statements, P & L Accounts, balance sheet, general ledger & other reports.
•Maintained Daybook, Sales, Purchase & Stock Registers; posted ledgers.
•Prepared year end schedules & accounts for audit.
•Handled all kinds of bank transactions.
•Assisted in client management & relationship development.
•Verify summary statements of customers / agents.
•Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
•Follow up daily sales report, stock report and all our concern branches etc.
•Maintaining stock reconcile with branch and daily report to director.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (ADMINISTRATION)

•Drafting letters & Emails.
•Scheduling appointments and meetings of the Managers, Dept. Heads, Sr. Superintendents, Sr. Supervisors etc.
•Monitoring attendance of company staffs.
•Co-ordinates with Clients and Consultants whenever needed.
•Arrange all meetings and reminds concerned parties prior to the appointment.
•Monitoring the renewal of Labour card, Visa and Medical Insurance of Staffs.
•Preparing Daily reports and Monthly reports.
•Maintaining a proper filing system.
•Enters all necessary employee data into computer terminal.
•Arranging travels and flights schedules for Company Staffs.
•Performs other related work as required.
•Co-ordinate the works of various departments.
