JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
IN PROJECTS:
• Project Coordination with architect, Consultants, sub Contractors etc.
• Checking and coordinating detailed Interior drawings
• Site Dimension and preparation of shop drawings with assigned draughtsman and get the approval from consultant/Client.
• Coordination in Site marking and site execution
• Coordination with MEP contractor + other subcontractor.
• Coordinating plans with structural, electrical and mechanical engineer.
• Create and maintain project folders, document for all action.
• Sourcing of products and coordination in material procurement.
• Get the quote from subcontractor to finalize the work.
• Finalize and certify the bill of quantities for subcontractors and Suppliers
• Project Correspondence + Submission of variations and updating accordingly.
• Monitoring the progress of the project.
• Attending technical and progress meeting with Project Manager & Project Team.
• Preparation of detail project schedule \[work Program (MS Project)\] for submission & conduct the work accordingly.
• Submission of material tracking schedule, shop-drawing schedule for Client /Consultant.
• Material and Shop drawing submittals and Get the approval from client/consultant
• Project Progress work Reports.
• Submission of Progress payments and final status in coordination with accounts department
• Submission of As-Built drawings and O&M manual
IN TENDERS/QUANTITY SURVEYING
• Attending site visit, complete study of Tender document \[BOQ, specification and drawings \]
• Sending enquiries to the suppliers/subcontractors
• Take off quantities, evaluating prices.
• Preparation of BOQ + Scope of works.
• Attending Enquiries and Preparing quotations for clients.
 Prepare comprehensive 2D design and construction documents with details, schedules and presentation boards as required that comply with all applicable codes and acts.
 Familiar with Ms Project, Ms Office, Auto Cad 2011, Google Sketch up.

• Responsible for all activities in the design and implementation of space plans including determination of space requirements, construction documents, and furniture specifications.
• Thorough working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & Isometric), Google sketch-up.
• Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ).
