- Collaborate and coordinate with the contractor together with the project team and agree the methods of measurement to be taken up for work packages and activities during the course of the project.
- Work together with the project manager and the project team on supervising construction projects, support project managers on evaluation of contractors and end users change requests and assist in preparation of change orders.
- Assist project managers on the review of payment requests and evaluation of schedule of values and other supporting documents as per the agreed terms of payments within the signed contract.
- Use earned value management system in determining the project schedule and cost performance with the aid of planning and scheduling tool Primavera P6.

• Design Development Department - Quantity Surveyor & Planner/Scheduler (Pre-contract)
- Assist the Design Team in preparing the Bill of Quantities of the proposed project and consolidate other tender documents such as design drawings and specifications for tender issue.
