Identify the problem areas from root and look for appropriate/radical solutions to fix those problems and prevent the machines from deterioration.
• Prepare yearly PM tasks and analyze machine performance to help identify and resolve the issues from root cause
• Meeting with production managers to assess existing processes.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations.
• Prepare list of critical spare parts required for PM and CM based on reports, and OEM recommendation.
• Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
• Establish the total predicative maintenance program TPM.
• Providing the Product Manager with process documents and standard operating procedures.
• supervising engineering and technical staff.
• Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards
Responsible for guiding and supervising a team of technicians. providetechnical expertise, mentorship, and support to ensure the successfulexecution of engineering projects and initiatives. Collaborates closely withcross-functional teams, coordinates project activities, and fosters innovation todrive continuous improvement and achieve organizational objectives.
Monitor the assembly process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks.
• Adjust machine controls and monitor the assembly process and outputs.
• Carry out cleaning and basic maintenance on the machines.
• Record how much raw material has been used during production and the number of items produced.
• Adaptable and flexible with a positive, responsible attitude.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
