Carrying out annual physical verification of consumables & paper reel.
Assisting the VP in carrying out of half yearly ABC & RNI audit.
Monthly reconciliation of circulation figures as per SAP & BexWeb.

Ensure that internal control procedures of the company are followed.
Monthly verification of various statutory payments( GST, TDS) &
calculation thereof

Creating Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow for various classes
of businesses within the company.
Creating & presenting overhead costs performance dashboard to budget
holders highlighting unusual variances.
Preparing & presenting Above Asset Cost and Overheads Pack to finance
leadership.
Providing the management with the actual vs. budget and the variance
analysis on a monthly basis
Preparation of actual and forecasted cash flow statement.

Analysis of key ratios like gross profit ratio, net profit ratio, current ratio,
asset turnover ratios etc.
Creation of new GL, company code, cost centre, profit centre in SAP.
Prepare vendor payments by verifying documentation, and requesting
disbursements.
Reconciliation - Inter company, Intra company & Bank.
Liaison with bank for opening of LCs, bank guarantees, availing of credit
facility
