Perform professional massage therapy and body treatments and remain current with the
industry.
• The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members
and guest
• perform loofah treatments and body wraps as required.
• Ensure current trends in body treatment industry
• Serve as catalyst to promote spa services to members and hotel guests.
• Report dysfunctional equipment to operational manager.
• As part of the Spa team, Help to create an outstanding experience for the customer.
• Provide consistently high standards of customer service by greeting and assisting
customers.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean and leisure environme
•Responsibility for monitoring security of the facility and making note of any maintenance
issues.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order and advise the Spa Manager any
faults/ repairs needed as required.
• Checking all doors to ensure only registered guests or clients get in room doors is a basic
security function.
• Ensure all complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently and in confidence, referring
them to the Spa Manager where appropriate.
• Ensure service standards are maintained to a high standard and that problems are dealt
with cooperatively, fairly and with care.
• Ensure consistent and timely opening and closing of the Spa ensuring the security of the
Spa facility all the close of each day.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain positive employee relations by keeping open lines of communication with all
members of the Spa team and other documents.
• Informs employees and supervisor about important event’s and news within the hotel
preparation.
