Completes shipboard end-of-day process which involves balancing and analyzing cost and revenue recaps used by onboard management; Performs necessary inventory audits as scheduled specifically for Food, Supply, Beverage, Medical, Spa and Technical inventories onboard the ship with corresponding shrinkage analysis; Executes some Accounts Payable controls using the three-way match by verifying and recording received inventory supply and reports the same to shoreside and related departments; Analyses value of Account 5420 which is the check and balance account for variances between inventories received shore side against shipboard; Prepares R&M and Housekeeping Inventory files which are crucial in determining the cost of high-value inventory onboard, the orders to be placed by Engine and Housekeeping department and the shrinkage analysis of the same; Assists Guest Services in case of guest disputes, system issues, and Kiosk and ATM related matters; Assists shipboard departments on any hardware and software support needed which includes but not limited to POS terminals, FSS system, Web SPMS, Crunchtime, Tableau, and Oracle iProcure; Completes Month-end reports to be submitted to shoreside for closing of accounts; Licensed mariner/seafarer with “Leader” designation on passenger muster station, in-charge to be on-command in case of emergency.

Serves as first point of contact in assisting small-medium private companies and individuals based in Australia in preparing Financial Statements (FS) and Income Tax Returns (ITR); Reviews completed FS and ITR in Xero Accounting Software prior to submission to clients; Supervises a team of associates in performing their assigned tasks, including coaching & development.

Assists engagement teams based in PwC Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Papua New Guinea for any audit tasks that can be done electronically based on set protocols; Serves as first point-of-contact for work requests allocated within the team. This entails management of the team’s work load, monitoring of their office utilization and target chargeable hours and supervision on tasks they need to perform; Performs review of financial statements, disclosure checklists, audit files and other general assurance work catered by the firm to ensure high quality service; Supervising and liaising bulk tasks to the team and other analysts within the center; Integral member of the PwC Australia and Hong Kong External Confirmations (ExCon) Team which aims to assist AU & HK engagement teams in an end to end audit of cash; Responsible for maintaining and updating the Central Bank List - a vital file for the ExCon Team; Prepared and completed user guides for ExCon; Main point-of-contact of the four major banks in Australia - ANZ Group Limited, National Australia Bank, Westpac Banking Corporation & Commonwealth Bank of Australia; Coaches team members in terms of technical and professional aspects of their career, including sub-teams of Confirmation Specialist Callers, and sub-teams specific to large clients.

Assistant to Senior Auditor in preparation of audit program; Executes the audit process through Bank Branch audit and audit of other departments within the bank; Reviews and examines accounts of the Company; Documents the audit performed and prepares audit reports to be presented to the Board of Directors; Works hand-in-hand with the Company’s Department heads and Branch Heads.
