 Working as DGM - Design - for designing, detailing, liasoning co-ordination & execution of High rise towers (4 nos. above 45 floors) named Alta Monte with International Architectural Consultants (Callison LLC.), Indian Architectural consultants, Structural Consultants, MEP consultants & Interior Designing Consultants. Successfully completed RCC & Civil finishing work of first tower of Ground + 7 Podiums + Triple Ht. Amenity Floor + Typical 45 floors & possession given to customers, other 3 towers work is in progress This project is situated next to Western Express Highway at Malad (East) Mumbai and became a landmark project in western suburb.
 Successfully completed Sale Pavilion (sale office & show apartment) including structure and interior finishes (exterior & Interior) of Alta Monte Project in record 5 months, received a cash reward from Managing Director.
 Worked on interior designing of Director’s Pent House & Refurbishing of Bungalow at Napeansea Road, received a cash reward from Director.
 Another project named Omkar Ananta (Ground + 2 Podiums + EDeck Lvl. + 31 Typical floors) in Goregaon (East) at construction stage for Sale and Rehab buildings by using tunnel form technology first time ever in Mumbai, wherein 3 day construction cycle is achieved.

 Worked as Document Management Officer - Customer Service Role - Accepting and Scanning O.C.R. (Oxford Cambridge and RSA) exam papers and store the images in electronic form.
 Accepting and Scanning C.I.E. (Cambridge International Examination) papers and store the images in electronic form.

 Worked as a Senior Architect for designing of destination Mall at Aurangabad with approximate area around 10 Lakhs Sq.ft. Responsibility includes designing of Mall’s elevations, take approval of same from Design Head and MD of the company. Preparation of working drawing of elevations & its details

 Worked as a Manager - Architect for store planning of Hyper Market & Mini Hyper Market called Reliance MART & Reliance Super & RTC (Reliance Town Centre) making Store layout, get approval from business team, preparing working details, coordinating with external consultants. Checking working drawings & BOQ prepared by external consultant.

 Worked as a Senior Planning Architect, preparing working & detail drawings of residential towers, shopping centers & commercial buildings, coordinating with consultants. Making presentation drawings and report to the directors.

 Worked as an Associate Architect, making presentation on various corporate and commercial interior projects such as nationalised banks (Reserve Bank of India, Bank of India, Punjab National Bank), corporate offices of Financial institutions, software development Co. like ICICI India, SIDBI & MENTORIX respectively.
 Designed and detailed virtual reality centre & interior of office for O.N.G.C. at Dehradun, Baroda & Jorhat (Assam), civil and interior work of transit accommodation for O.N.G.C. at santacruz (East).
 Interior work of an office for Government organisations such as MUTP, CIDCO, M.I.D.C. (in Mantralaya as well as in SEEPZ) and Talwalkar’s Gymnasium is designed, detailed, executed and completed successfully within the time limit.

 Worked as a freelancing Architect with a project management firm for interior project of a corporate office at Andheri (E).
 Conceptual layout, designing, preparing working drawing, details for furniture layout, electrical layout, false-ceiling layout, and other interior details as required.
 Site supervision, discussing the issues with clients, project consultant and contractors to achieve the target within the stipulated period of time.
