Responsibilities:
Assists in the day-to-day operation of the HR department.
•Assists in the recruiting and staffing logistics.
•Receives applications, records in HR Database and sends acknowledgement letters to applicants.
•Drafts employment contracts and packages.
•Maintains and up-to-date employees records both in electronic and hard copies including personnel information, attendance, training, leaves, vacations, etc.
•Maintains the personnel filling system.
•Assists with the administrative duties for the appraisal and salary review processes.
•Follows up with the health insurance to apply employee's subscriptions, cancellations
