Managing and delivering a range of complex projects across the group

•Lead the IT team which develops and designs the Educational Programs online for the university
•Manage both the IT Hardware and Software Aspect of the Institution
•Bring in new developments to the IT Infrastructure (Introduction of Backup Servers, Buying of domains, Setting up of child domains for every new educational programs
•Manage the IT software Team to develop the coding and database for the new and existing programs. Manage the design of Webpages and Web content for the Programs.

Incident Management - ITSM

•Work closely with both the local and global delivery units and account service teams.

•Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
•Coach, mentor and lead personnel within a technical team environment.
•Prepare and Present periodic Dashboard reports on the current program, future opportunities and client issues.
•Honored by the program, participated in Interview Panels throughout, in bringing value added resources thereby to meet the capacity plans and quality needs.
