 Planning: Define the fundamental components of a project in terms of its scope, deliverables, time scales, resource requirements, budget (Cost - Benefit Analysis), timely forecasting and SLAs/KPIs (C - SAT, E-SAT).
 Governance: Clearly define roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and establish controls and approval routes appropriate to each stage of the program to monitor progress and compliance.
 Representation & Reporting: Promoting Agile, Scrum and traditional project management manifesto. Establishing Spring planning, managing backlogs, Retrospective etc. Ensuring crucial business reports/dashboards on shared services are accurately prepared & presented. Following various reporting formats in JIRA, Confluence, KANBAN, Trello etc.
