Leadership vision & objectives: Manage & support the delivery objectives for the team and the program to deliver the business case benefits; analyzing requirement gathering, enhance user experience, prepare SOW, RFP, RFQ, & monitor the outcomes.
Communications & Stakeholder Management: Lead & restructured the internal and external communication flow; as appropriate, and track these using stakeholder mapping and associated techniques along with managing channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers.
Dependency Management: Work with workstream leads to ensure dependencies are actively managed, act as an arbiter and resolve issues between the various elements of the program.
Execution: Managed process re-engineering and Project Plan to improve implementation of end-to-end Product/Service delivery life Cycles projects within time & budget. Provide direction and guidance on development of programmatic ways of working with the team and more broadly across departmental profession.
Risks & Issues: Support aspects of risk & issue management, escalating using program governance. Ensure mitigations are in place and resolved through negotiated agreement.
Team Management& Resourcing Activities: Acted as a SME while managing a team of 34 Members (27 in India +7 members in USA) including Testers, Business architect, PMOs, System Architect etc. Alongside, works cohesively with the RMG to help recruitment, and onboard the right skilled resources as per business/Tower need and requisition.
Planning: Define the fundamental components of a project in terms of its scope, deliverables, time scales, resource requirements, budget (Cost - Benefit Analysis), timely forecasting and SLAs/KPIs (C - SAT, E-SAT).
Governance: Clearly define roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and establish controls and approval routes appropriate to each stage of the program to monitor progress and compliance.
Representation & Reporting: Promoting Agile, Scrum and traditional project management manifesto. Establishing Spring planning, managing backlogs, Retrospective etc. Ensuring crucial business reports/dashboards on shared services are accurately prepared & presented. Following various reporting formats in JIRA, Confluence, KANBAN, Trello etc.
