o Product Life Cycle management. Planning and implementing effective Product Launch across Channels
o Managing orders, shipment plans and ATL/BTL material for Jumbo
o Competitor Analysis of Product Range, Pricing, Promotions and Market Share
o Preparing marketing calendars for the year
o Swotting commercial documents, calculating and monitoring ROI
o Sanctioning funds for market activities such as promotions, stock compensation and discounts
o Maximizing Marginal Profit at category level to urge prompt management decisions
• Supply chain Management + Seihan
o Ensuring efficient flow of purchase and sales in view of lead-time and custom clearance
o Demand Estimation and procurement of products from factory on weekly basis
o Maintaining healthy inventory (Daily Sales Level)
o Monitoring weekly demand input from distributors
o Analyzing demand trend and reviewing sell in/sell out to enhance forecast accuracy and planning
o Product Life Cycle management - providing information on EOL and new models to distributors for smooth transition process
o Internal meetings with Area Sales team for future sales forecast based on sell out data of the company
o Attending monthly Seihan meetings with distributors and sharing weekly incoming of products. (UAE and GCC countries)
o Managing orders and shipment processes
o Inventory frozen control - for both company and distributor
o Working on AS400 System and SAP
* Survey of employer perception on employee benefits in reference to Life insurance
* Market research and competitor analysis of the product type and it’s life-cycle
* Meet Corporates and create awareness about OIC products
