Corporate/Commercial Sales
➢Business Support Executive - Corporate/Commercial Sales
• Centre of Commercial Communication for Outstation Network Team (India, Indian Sub-
Continent, China, Russia, CIS, Iran, Iraq, GCC, Africa, Sudan, Egypt, Morocco)
• Assist the Head of Sales and Cargo in day to day operations, reports, etc.
• Assist the Network Sales Teams in sales activities and liaising with Revenue Team for revenue
optimization
• Prepare sales agreements for GSA, corporate, tour operators, etc. and liaise with legal team to
ensure the agreements are well compliant as per legal policy
• Handling of Tax Refunds, Modifications, Cancellations, Medical cases, Route Deals, FAM Trips,
Group requests, GSA Rebates, etc.
• Management of Roles and Privileges assigned to Air Arabia and Outstation staffs and Sales Cost
Assigned for regions
• Assist in new stations setup and sales training for staff at GSA and other distribution channels
covering the reservations system of Air Arabia, products, services, terms and conditions,
documentation and reporting and provide timely updates on the same
• Liaise with marketing department to ensure all stations are updated with POS and BTL material
in timely manner
• Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database for orderly and safe storage and
retrieval of same
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel and stay arrangements for Regional Managers
• Book meeting rooms, conference facilities and handling overall coordination of meetings,
conferences and events
• Analyze and generate periodic MIS reports such as Forward Booking Trend, Monthly
Performance Review, Network Performance, etc. and submit to the Regional Managers and
Head of Sales accordingly using available tools such as Accel Aero, Maxaero

- UAE Bus Service, GSA Migration, BSP Set up, Airewards, Air Arabia Holidays, API Integration

➢Team Manager (ADCB) - Consumer Banking - Multi Products
• Handling a team and actively supporting and motivating them to achieve sales targets along with
resolving pending applications with CIU and ensuring operational requirements are met
• Verify documents and ensure proper KYC is done as per compliance policy, handling compliance
related issues and ensure periodic compliance training is conducted
• Training junior subordinates on multi products and services

• Proactively suggest tools to improve Client Engagement and Employee Engagement amongst

• Identify potential segments and individuals to acquire NTB (New to Bank) Clients with proper
KYC done as per compliance policy and create new relations for different liability products such
as accounts, deposits, etc.
• Management of existing portfolio and enhance the branch books
• Providing excellent after sale service and other client services to all valued Clients and handle
direct customer complaints
• Providing Consumer, Investment and Islamic banking Solutions
• Cross selling and Up selling of various investment products to generate revenue and profitability
