Human Resource
• Solely responsible for all HR operational activities like time and attendance management, payroll management (which includes calculation of incentive, overtime etc) and responsible for employee record keeping
• Responsible for end to end recruitment activities including interviews, offer negotiation, offer letter and contract preparation
• Focal point of contact for all PRO request like processing new visa, cancellation of visas, renewal of trade license etc.
• Handle grievances, exit process and responsible for all compliance
Finance
• Managed VAT implementation in the company
• Processing and disbursement of all financial transactions such as salary, leave encashment, advances and event specific transactions
• Manage accounts receivable & payable and generating monthly reports such as monthly expenses and payables, petty cash, sales reports
• Review and analyse financial statements and data to improve profitability while controlling the operational budget
Other responsibilities:
• Arrange appropriate travel, visas, accommodation, and country specific requirements for the team, for any event
• Manage the registration process of delegates, sponsorship onboarding, support the team in event logistics and set up
• Provide excellent client relation by effectively managing communicating and quality service
• Actively worked with Director and Conference Producers for research and database management
• School topper in 10th standard and 12th standard • Recognized and awarded an Amul Vidya Shree Award for academic excellence • Appointed as the Assistant School Pupil Leader
