As a Lead Talent Acquisition I am responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-priority and hard-to

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for passive candidates using LinkedIn
Talent Solutions, Boolean search, and networking.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives, coaching them on
interviewing techniques, market compensation, and talent availability.
• Process Improvement: Identify botlenecks in the recruitment lifecycle and implement best practices to improve
time-to-fill and candidate experience.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., quality of hire, conversion rates) to provide
actionable insights and reporting to senior leadership.
• Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior recruiters and coordinators, assisting with training and complex talent
acquisition situations.
Sourcing and Screening: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing (e.g., job
portals, social media, specialized recruitment events), candidate screening, and shortlisting.
Technical Hiring Focus: Specifically focus on recruiting highly skilled technical roles such as Project Managers, Java,
React, AWS, SRE, testing, AEM, Architects, Angular, SAP, AIML, Salesforce developer, Data engineer, ROR, AML,
Etc.…
