Working closely with the CEO, COO and the various General Managers of the 12+ companies under the Al Shirawi Engineering Services Group to create and conceptualise effective branding and communication (internal, external & social media) for their respective companies.
Working closely with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging communication and develop the brand image and set guidelines.
Working closely with the copywriter to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil client's brief, understanding the target audience and business the advert is aimed at, Pitch concepts internally to Creative Director and account team, working with juniors as a team on campaign ideas and visualization.
Creating graphic solutions from concept through design to completion, Participating in all phases of design development, including layout, presentation, and production, maintaining the design visibility and usage on different media, providing effective visual merchandising ideas and designs.
Understanding the client brief and transforming them to tangible designs, Participating in client meetings to understand client requirements, Create design solutions from concept to production, Generating creatively effective ATL and BTL ideas during brain storming sessions, Developing and renewing brand identities, Co-ordinating and managing photoshoots, Reporting to the Creative Group Head (Art)
