o Key responsibilities include:
To coordinate all new sales enquiries received in to GAC Logistics in agreed response time.
To complete and verify RFQs from clients on timely manner, get necessary approvals, in liaison with the commercial team, to acquire the business from new clients.
To assist commercial team in presentations, proposals, meetings etc for new business.
To update all warehouse and freight rates on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy.
To manage customer database and ensure it is up to date.
To manage CRM program with the contract managers to ensure that we are consistently developing the customers from a product to a relationship perspective.
To prepare GAC presentation packs and to manage the giveaways and marketing materials for distribution center.
To monitor and record an accurate database of competitor activity and to show where GAC stands.
