Accountable for managing the Manpower Planning, Staffing, Recruitment & Attrition management while mapping hiring requirements, formulating and executing HR & Admin Policy and working towards enhancing the Human Resources Information System & Quality Management.
Actively involved in the Organizational development, monitoring Performance Management, Knowledge Management, Rewards and Recognition and related communication initiatives and administering personnel management functions such as payroll processing, salary administration, claims and leave management.
Organizing staffing, compensation and HR administration .
Liaising with senior managers to review organizational performance contributing towards the organizational goal and establishing Standard Operation Procedure across the organization to improve efficiency.
Independently handled Human Resources, Industrial Relations, General Administration, liaison and Induction.
Accountable for handling the Wages and Salary Administration. Formulation of HR policies, Grievance settlement at HR level.
Involve in sourcing profiles through job portals, job designing, posting of the jobs on Net, Short listing the relevant profiles, processing while organizing interviews. Short listing candidates and briefing seniors.
Liaising with consultants/vendors to meet staffing requirement while drafting appointment letters and offer letters and carrying out reference Check.
Providing pre induction training to employees to improve their efficiency and to familiarize them with the organization and job functions.
