leave records.

* Travel management. Petty cash and vendor payments.
* Assist HR with new joiner formalities (introduction, internal procedures, forms, work station
allotment, access card / ID card issuances, business cards etc.), employee engagements.
* Handle corporate contracts with hotels, travel agencies, car vendors and facility-manpower
suppliers.

* Verify / Supervise service levels and guest relations. Periodic inspection of the property.
* Liaise closely with other departments and emphasizes on inter-departmental relations.

* Assist the preparation of room occupancy forecast on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

* Conducting performance reviews on monthly basis, feedback & briefing sessions.
* Preparing Quality reports ensuring process documentation.
* Conducting Project Meetings with AM -Ops / TL’s to bridge the gaps in systems and
processes thereby boosting overall Project SLA’s.
* Training new joiners and refresher training for the existing employees on product.
Handling escalations.
* Retention of customers in best possible manner.
* Updating customer data base and tele verification.
* Assist in process documentation and back-end updations.
