Responsibilities:
•Involved in recruitment for middle & senior level in BFSI, IT & Engineering.
•Research analysis to develop new Clients
•Interacting with the Clients and getting acquainted with their requirements.
•Searching, screening and short-listing resumes, for the required position through own Database, Internet postings, paid/free job sites, networking, user groups and referrals for various technologies and domain.
•Post offer follow-up: Continuous follow up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion. Co-ordinate with the client and the candidates; queries and changes in date of joining.
•Fruitfully Front End for Multiple clients.
