Conduct Break Down Analysis for the breakdowns related to Electrical and Automation.
Technical guidance to the E & A technicians.
Maintenance planning based on the production plan.
Create maintenance task list and upload to the AMM tools of SAP PM.
Create SOP for the Factory related to Electrical and Automation.
Responsible for Risk assessment for the activities related to Electrical and Automation.
Authorized permit issuer for Work at height, Hot work and electrical works.
Forecast maintenance and expenses on monthly basis for the Electrical and Automation.
Update SLD for the LV panels in the factory and ensure proper distribution of the loads.
Responsible for competency building plan for E&A technicians.
Responsible for Electrical Energy optimization for the factory.
Responsible for expansion projects related to Electrical and Automation.
Responsible to update electrical drawing during any changes.
Procurement, PLC programming, layout Design
· Understand and develop the logic as per requirement of the project.
· Programming and testing of PLC’s, HMI’s, VFD’s and SCADA.
· Functional test of Automation control panels before dispatch.
· Commissioning of Automation control panels at site.
· Responsible for troubleshooting of various industrial automated systems.
· Responsible for all Technical Training (basic & advanced) Customers.
ACADEMIC PROJECTS: A team project which investigated unloading of LPG using control systems at SAIL, Salem Steel Plant, SALEM. Developed a hardware which simulates the process of unloading LPG from tanker to a fixed dome. This project is based on PLC ladder logic. Prepared and delivered a presentation to lecturer and classmates. OTHER: Done presentation on 3D Television INTERESTS & ACHIEVEMENTS Sport: Member of college cricket team and play football and badminton regularly. Extracurricular actives: Active participation in cultural and sports events.
