- study the balance of parts and the sales qty’s.
- Analyse the sales and classify it into some categories like a pop sales, supplying orders and emergency orders.
- Decide the new order quantity and make the order from the supplier.
- Follow up the shipments and update the ERP system by this updates.
- Study the parts orders per year to get one time deal (OTD) or special net price (SNP) at the start of the New Year.
- Study the lost sales reports to improve the sales value and make a better plan for the new period whatever month or year.
1. Make the purchasing orders according to material requirements list.
2. Receive and study the prices, shipment terms, payment.
3. Negotiate the prices if needed. Also, making plans to get bonus if available in the supplier’s sales policy.
4. Confirm purchase orders and prepare the bank documents.
5. Get forwarders offers to study and decide which one to be deal.
6. Track the orders which is loaded, shipped, opened and arrived to our port.
