-To execute the daily plan of sales department to cover the company Service Stations need of fuel in Addition to commercial customers -Prepare the Daily Sales Execution Report and Stock Reports -Fellow up with charging and Discharging Chamber that belong to Sudanese Petroleum Cooperation (SPC) the Reallocation of none withdrawal Quantities in order to recharge them Again after to Make the Reallocation Process -coordination with Transportation Section to Provide enough Trucks to Execute the Plan
- Control and monitor the fuel stock in the depot to cover the daily expected demand - To insure receiving the daily program of fuel from the Sudanese petroleum cooperation (SPC) -Prepare monthly Closing Reports for Each Item of Inventories -Fellow up with the Sudanese petroleum cooperation (SPC) in Case of Loss or Gain in Receiving Quantities and Solve the Dispute -Responsible for Depot Petty Cash to Run the Daily Operation Issues
