Technical Duties:
- Handle day to day fixed assets transactions.
- Handle addition and retirement of fixed assets on oracle application and fixed assets software.
- Communicate with Accounts Payable and inventory team to collect all required data of fixed assets.
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly closure and prepare required analysis.
- Reconcile the trial balance accounts
- Prepare The Cash Flow Statement
- Performing CPE's inventory equation according to FIFO
- Perform deferred tax calculation
- prepare Cash flow statement
- Achieve the monthly target required from the manager .
- Perform the day closing task which includes cash and visa transactions.
- Check all the contracts whether individual or corporate .
- Send the daily sales report by EOD.
Technical Duties :
- Achieve the monthly target required from the manager .
- Control the inventory movements of the store " in & out "
- Perform the day closing task which includes cash and visa transactions.

- Observe the staff performance .
