▪ Achieve the production targets and operational efficiencies based on planning schedule.▪ Ensuring on time delivery of the product to customer.
▪ Time per piece, cycle time calculation.
▪ Ensuring availability of tools, and fixtures required for all stages of manufacturing process •
▪ Weekly report preparation (production, scrap, downtime records ) & all records share with top management
▪ Monthly production report for finished products.
▪ Monthly summary report for manufacturing processes.
▪ Monitoring & Calculating the assembly line process flow & cycle time, workload leveling
