1. Recording accounting Entries
2. Matching cash held by the Treasurer on daily basis.
3. Reconciling bank accounts on monthly basis and posting corresponding adjustments.
4. Preparation of monthly balances and sending confirmations to customers, suppliers and sister companies for the purpose of validating those accounts and make necessary adjustments, if any.
5. Follow-up to the collection of the amounts due from customers and prepare customer aging reports.
6. Controlling on the company inventory.
7. Other accounting duties as specified by manager
8- Preparing all final financial reports and provide the management with all needed financial information

•the follow-up and matching statements of customers ، follow-up petty cash of delegates .
•Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
•Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
•Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents
•Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents
•Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
•Secure financial information by completing data base backups
•Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
•Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
