Create a yearly Marketing calendar.
Annual marketing department budget.
Engage sales department target setting.
Create plan to start redesign the identity of branches, and contract with major companies in the Middle East.
Developing programs and plans for marketing campaigns and supervising their implementation.
Supervise the feasibility studies for the opening of new branches and their locations in coordination with the concerned departments.
Supervising and analyzing marketing studies.
Develop policies and procedures for marketing management, marketing programs, Customer services and product maintenance.
Create the terms and conditions of the online store and update them periodically according to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce.
Conclude contracts of joint marketing campaigns with suppliers.
Holding marketing partnerships with governmental and private sectors and sectors.
Contracting Partnership with external electronic stores.
Building relationships and contracting with advertising agencies.
Create markdown strategy and policy with principles commensurate with product type, market and profitability performance, "Markdown strategy, Markdown policy, Markdown principles, Improve profitability".
Supervising customer service and operating CRM systems.
Create terms and conditions for campaigns and promotions.
Create a studio equipped with the latest tools to photograph products for the online store.
Executing the issuance of permits for discounts and marketing offers, and all related to the transactions of the Ministry of Commerce.
Update loyalty programs for customers and employees.
Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for marketing Team and agencies.
Supervising the performance of the marketing Team and agencies.
