▪ User administration (setup and maintaining account)
▪ Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure
▪ Install software for the end user (AutoCAD, SAP, office 365, Solid works, etc.)
▪ Following up the IT Hardware Devices maintenance status with the vendors (Printers, Laptops, Cisco IP Phones, etc.)
▪ Configure Cisco IP Phones, Switches
▪ Monitoring and Responding to all user requests through the ticketing system
▪ Monitor processing jobs and application alerts and triggers
▪ Checking the Checking all the company's servers daily (Files Server, Camera Servers, Backup Server, HV, etc.)
▪ Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out
▪ Review and analyze Server’s change requests and provide relevant feedback
responsible for maintaining Software hardware and solving any
problems with the company's network.
