Finance manager for a group company, specialized in industry, real estate, Tiber trade

المهام الوظيفية:
-القيام بالتخطيط المالي واعداد والميزانيات والتقارير المالية الدورية.
-إدارة حسابات الشركة المختلفة وإدارة السيولة النقدية.
-رسم سياسة للائتمان والتحصيل والعمل على متابعة الذمم المدينة والإشراف على تحصيلها.
-رصد وتفسير التدفقات النقدية والتنبؤ بالمستقبل و تحليل المتغيرات وتقديم المشورة لإدارة الشركة وفقا لذلك.
-المشاركة في صياغة استراتيجيات طويلة الأجل وخطط العمل والعمل على تطوير آليات الإدارة المالية التي تقلل من المخاطر المالية.
-عمل تحليل لتكاليف عمليات الشركة المختلفة وإجراء و استعراض وتقييم آليات لخفض التكاليف.
-تطبيق أنظمة واجراءات الضبط الداخلي.
-التنسيق مع المدقق الخارجي لضمان عملية الضبط المالي والتدقيق السنوي.
-مراجعة تقارير المعاملات المالية وقائمة الأسعار من أجل تحليل ظروف السوق.
-متابعة تنفيذ اتفاقيات العمل مع الأطراف ذات العلاقة بالشركة
-الإشراف على عمل الموظفين داخل الشركة.
-الإشراف على إعداد كشوفات الرواتب الشهرية وكل ما يتعلق بالامتيازات المالية للموظفين.
-الإشراف على شؤون الموظفين في الشركة وتنظيم عملهم ودوامهم وإجازاتهم والأمور ذات العلاقة.
-تقييم الاحتياجات من الموارد البشرية والتوصية بالتعيينات الجديدة
-متابعة تقارير الأداء للموظفين والعمل على بناء قدراتهم.
-أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل المدير العام.

• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS .
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
• Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.
• Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
• Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
• Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
• Experience in financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, Al shamel ERP, bisan, Al arabi, Al aseel .
• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines of the business unit and explaining variation to forecast / reporting .
• Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements.
• Experience in developing annual operating and capital budgets, Balance Sheet .
• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
• Experience Financial Consolidated Report of the Company.
• Experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, chief or senior accountant
• Advanced MS Excel, pivot tables, word, outlook .

• Knowledge in iasb
• Writing all kinds of commercial letters in english and arabic.
• Experience in vat and tax law
• Experience of working on shamel system (managerial and accounting system)
• Experience in custom clearance
• Knowledge in preparing project financial statement
• Knowledge in ms office (word, excel, outlook)
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate
