• Collecting basic data related to the project's social and economic studies.
• Implement strategies to facilitate and stimulate community participation through networking with stakeholders, such as women's groups, community organizations, and marginalized groups.
• Networking with the concerned parties, civil and private institutions, Cooperative and charitable societies, youth and women's groups and Developmental and credit institutions
• Preparing and organizing field surveys.
• Work with other project team members to design and present initiatives to build community capacity by introducing and implementing renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions.
• Identify key issues related to gender equality, and implement strategies for mainstreaming gender equality efforts across project activities at the community level.
• Helping in the development of SMEs focusing on renewable energy and energy efficiency.
• Dealing with media committees and communicating with them to support the project.
• Coordination of all social gatherings and seminars of the project team in Ajloun district.
• Writing field reports and meeting minutes.
• Organizing activities and launching youth initiatives in support of the project in Ajloun district.
• Local community team responsible, which is the team directly responsible for direct communication with the local community.
• Responsible for the Energy Ambassadors team, which was formed through the members of the supporting committees and to be in direct contact with the local community to provide awareness of the issues of renewable energy and alternative energy.
• Responsible for submitting volunteer requests to support committees and setting conditions to be met by a member of support youth committees.
Financial matters related to activities, in exchange for wages for volunteers and daily workers.
Preparing agreements and partnerships for societies in Ajloun for cooperative and charitable causes.

• Follow-up of customers and satisfaction with the whole process of buying and selling, following product offers and launching offers.
• Supervising the whole sale process from the first step of until the product reaches customers.
• Make sales calls and create interests in technical products and services.
• Attending and arranging meetings with clients to open new selling opportunities.
• Marketing and promoting a group of products by attending events in the field.
• Developing effective sales plans using different sales approaches.
• Meet limited sales goals and contribute to team goals.
• Organizing and setting daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those service.
• Visiting customer to obtain information for loan applications and to answer their questions according to Polices and Producers.
• Analyse applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Revisiting the customer to ensure the proper Loan usage, and send reports to the branch manager.
• Follow up the delinquent loans and Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
• Promotion the financial products and participate in putting marketing plan with branch manager coordination to attract new customer and retention the existing customer.
• Responsible for youth activities inside the branch
