Develop/execute the induction program for the new recruits.
Overseeing the completion of Compensation and Benefits documentation.
Assist department heads with the development of their organization and staffing level.
Work out/implement the compensation plan and policies.
Research study the current compensation trends in the market
Develop and implement performance appraisal system with line managers.
Co-coordinating with finance department for payments to employees.
Establishing a proper organizational structure.
Developing and implementing disciplinary policies.
Assist in reviewing salaries, grades, salary tables and other benefits.
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
Attend meetings as required and participate on committees as requested.
Developing the induction programs for the new recruits.
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries / provide support.
Working on GOSI and ministry of labor / all government systems.
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets.
