Assign as a logistic officer to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials within NOMAC expanding services ( 8 plant as of 2020) and from local and overseas suppliers ensuring complete documentation and compliance to the terms of transportation up to place of delivery, in a timely, efficient and cost optimized manner leading to internal customer satisfaction. Organizing and planning for major in plant activities such as shutdown and T&I. Accounting for different terms of payment and managing proper documentations with finance for timely material delivery. involved in managing multiple forwarder agencies as per the dynamic nature of the business.
Holding the position of supply chain planner which include end to end planning and logistics from production to customer. Sol proponent of Tamer pharma healthcare with Janssen & Janssen, MSD (Merck Sharp & Dohme). Accountable for coordination, control and improvement of various functions, tools and concepts pertaining to supply chain operations i.e. Demand planning, Purchasing, Inventory control and Logistics. Liable for supply planning activities related to new products launch and deletion. Optimizing operational costs & inventory levels as well as ensure contractual obligations.
Customer Support Centre Sejel Tech: A period of four months was spent as a seasonal assistance of Sejel Tech customer support department were dealing with Haj agents and solving any technical problems or refer their issues to the assignee departments so Haj groups can preform there Haj ceremonies.
Completed the pre-master requirements for a degree in Mechanical engineering and Industrial Management in the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom.
*)ARAMCO Field Operation Unit: As part of my training as included in my indivisional development program a period of six month was spent assisting and taking the responsibilities of the role of Field Operations in their daily tasks which includes daily plant rounds, completing daily, monthly and annual plant check lists as well as monitoring any maintenance activities in my assigned unit, plant P&ID tracing and many verity of other tasks which further strengthened my capability and accountability as operation engineer.
*)ARAMCO Field Maintenance Unit: As part of my training as included in my indivisional development program a period of six month was spent assisting and taking the responsibilities of the role of maintenance field engineer in their daily jobs which include T&I coordination material inspection and equipment ordering as well as budget control and many other tasks.
*)ARAMCO Operation Engineering Unit: Taking the responsibility of managing and monitoring the unit operations and its performance as an assigned unit operation engineer. Moreover, issuing a monthly report of unit highlights including KPIs to upper managements, leading investigation teams, troubleshoot the unit performance offsets, leading the daily OME (Operation, Maintenance and Engineering units) and many other important elements.
