-Manage and maintain IMS, VoLTE, VoWIFI and CS nodes (MSC, VLR, MGW, HLR,
STP, SS7 Firewall, MGCF, SCCP relay, AS, SCSCF, PCSCF, ICSCF, MRFP, MRFC,
ENS, DNS) and Protocols: BICC, ISUP, MAP, INAP, CAP, RANAP, BSSAP, H248,
SIP, SDP, Diameter, SS7, Sigtran, MTP2/MTP3/M2UA/M3UA, SCCP, SCTP.
Troubleshoot performance and customer complaints issues raised through trouble
tickets (RTTS).
- Improve network performance KPIs and customer experience by applying needed
optimization actions.
- Design technical solutions for customer requirements along with inter departmental
work flows for MS delivery needs.
- Roll out new patches for the whole network to resolve complex problems.
- Make a full study to be the reference for VoLTE cases which are possible to happen
whether in the provisioning procedures or in the call case.
- Develop enterprise level Web based and Windows based applications using
Microsoft .NET Technologies.
- Main activities (Documentation, Forms Design, Coding, Unit testing, Defects fixing
and Reports designing as per customer request)
- Used technologies: C#.Net, VB.Net, SQL, Xamarin .
- Lead new technology applications and other telecommunications related projects.
- Create ISUP, SIP interconnection with national and international operators based on wholesale department’s requirements.
- Assist new routes and applies routing update.
- Impalement network changes needed for new service requirements from VAS and IN
- Design customized solution for Corporate Customers requirements provided by Sales team.
- Implement SIP, IAD and PRI interconnection for Corporate Customers.
- Interact with radio planning for new elements integration.
- Support Customer’s complaints and NGN/NSS field technical issues, monitoring the network and guarantee the KPI, perform routine health checks, documentation update.
Customer complains support, serve as escalation point for core network and field technical issues. Monitor the network and guarantee the KPI, perform routine health checks, engineering, expansion, commissioning, migration and documentation on SOFTX, UMG, IGWB, and HLR.
Direct teaching, tutorial guidance to students' learning, research and other forms of scholarly activity, curriculum development, educational management and administration, and representing the institution on or to appropriate external bodies
Teaching in lab, marking of weekly assignments, and tutoring students.
