•Elicit the new vocabulary or definitions with the meaning by dictionary or glossary.
•Explain the language structure by using the direct method followed with exercises.
•Use pair and group work in the classroom activities.
•Rotate roles to make sure that all students are involved in the activity.
•Encourage students to practice the lesson at home and share it with their classmates.
The job description:
Managerial Role:
• Working closely with the program director to provide support in program management, student management, and administrative work.
• Meeting with parents and students to ensure good follow up on student progress during the course.
• Assisting in the preparation of students and instructors’ schedules.
• Conducting small group and individual classroom activities with students based on differentiated learning needs.
• Problem solving assistance to students pertaining to their learning difficulties and daily occurrences.
Teaching Role:
• Tailoring teaching methods to suit the needs of individual students.
• Providing remedial classes for weak students.
