1. Development of the collection strategy:
• Develop a comprehensive collection strategy that includes measurable targets and performance standards.
• Analyze financial statements and collection reports to identify patterns and trends and identify areas that need improvement.
2. Collection Team Management:
• Directing and supervising the collection team, including the distribution of tasks, directing work and evaluating performance.
• Provide continuous training and development for team members to enhance their skills in collection and communication with customers.
3. Application of collection policies:
• Ensure that collections policies are properly and effectively implemented in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Updating and developing collection policies to meet the needs and requirements of the institution and achieve collection goals.
4. Performance Analysis and Evaluation of Results:
• Follow up and analyze the performance of collection operations and measure the achievement of the set goals.
• Prepare periodic reports to the management summarizing the performance of the collection department and the progress made in the collection of payments.
5. Work with senior management:
• Cooperating with senior management to set goals, define strategies and submit the required reports.
• Provide senior management with the information and analysis necessary to make informed decisions regarding collection processes.
