Technical Manager & Sales Support
• Pro-actively planning for the technical demands of any projects.
• Monitoring the dispensing system and the spare parts from the stock until it be installed with customers and keep it documented up to date.
• Scheduling team members regular visits for the customers.
• Supervising the team members with perform all job duties using safe work and check for their visits to the customers.
• Following the daily briefing with the team members and update the owner and the main management
• Apply customer service skills whilst offering advice and assistance
to customers in a professional and efficient manner.
• Offering friendly and approachable assistance while regular visiting the customer.
• make presentations and give customers the appropriate training to handle the products
and the machines for Housekeeping, Kitchen and Laundry Department.
• Preparing the Quotations and Proposals for the customers.
• Following up due payments and collecting cheques or cash if needed.
• Calculate the chemicals consumption and the expectation for the next orders for the customers
• Identifying hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace and reviewing and overseeing safety procedures.
• Organizing in-house health & safety training for managers and employees.
• Providing training, assistance and mentoring to the team members.
• Writing up accident, injury and property damage reports.
