Reviewing reports from other sites managers to ensure that all tasks are successful.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed for projects to move forward.
Access and audit the documents are available in the Zain ERP Property manager
Provide needed information on IT products or services.
Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support.
Troubleshoot, resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
Measuring, recording, analyzing and improving customer satisfaction.
Analyzing problems and developing creative solutions by research and vendor resources.
Creating and updating sites plans, including milestones and deadlines.
Managing staff members who are working on a project to ensure that they have support and are meeting their goals.
Audit and review provided documents for the Site list.
List out the missing documents and collect the possible documents.
Maintain the data entry according to the requirements for each of the documents
Meeting with the IT manager to discuss system needs.
