program (King Abdullah Financial District)

Execute and deliver the outstanding works of
PIF Tower in the KAFD program, that is 385
meters tall building with 4B+76-storey tower
providing 185, 000 square meters of gross floor
area above ground level, comprising of
corporate and commercial office space and
public circulation as well as related functional
spaces, including a state of the art 450 seat
auditorium, dining areas, a fitness centre, and
pool. A 3-storey podium structure at the base of
the Tower integrated with the financial plaza for
public circulation via skywalk system of the
KAFD master plan. The project is targeted to be
completed in accordance with main construction
works scope of a core and shell to be ready for
tenant fit-out and use as a commercial office
building achieving the targeted LEED-GOLD
accreditation.

Manage day-to-day administration aspects of projects and project scope by effectively applying methodologies that enforce project standards and by minimizing exposure and risks on projects. Create and administration project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, including the identification of
needed resources and assignment to appropriate personnel.

Experience includes the areas of:

▪ Perform planning and coordination of administrative
procedures and systems.
▪ Modify and develop Business processes, forms, workflows,
data elements, dynamic data elements and dashboards.
▪ Organize smooth and adequate flow of information within the
company to facilitate other business operations.
▪ Maintain, edit, organise, and understand files created and
saved in conjunction with the reporting process and schedules.
▪ Maintaining and updating documentation for the support
requests and changes made to the system.
▪ Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and
office space.
▪ Ability to work with the groups in supplying the necessary
information to ensure any systems development meets the
EDMS/Aconex downstream requirements.
▪ Experience in managing information between multiple
EDMS/Aconex systems.
▪ Supervise staff performance٫ helping subordinates with
coaching and guidance to ensure their maximum efficiency.
▪ Manage inventory of office supplies and organize purchasing of
new material.
▪ Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
▪ Organize facilities services٫ maintenance activities and
contractor and sub-contractors.
