Project team member involved in the design and deployment of full-life cycle Cisco contact center project
integrations including call center workflows.
* Administration, troubleshooting and support experience in Cisco Collaboration solutions onsite and remotely.
* Deployment and maintenance of Cisco Contact center and IP telephony networks which includes installation
and configuration of UCCE, CVP, CUCM, Voice Gateway, Unity Connection.
* Provide consistent and frequent project status updates and project issues to assigned Project Manager.
