Directing Finance and accounting team
* Sales Team Supervision, Performance tracking, and new employees training on the company sales system and
Collecting Financial Liabilities.
* Preparing Company Budget, Budgeting Analysis, & Preparing Financial Statements & Financial Reports.
* Cash Flows management.
* Directing employees’ Salaries and Payrolls.
* Monitoring assets, liability, and capital accounts .
* Auditing Daily financial transactions
* Calculating Cost benefit Analysis, Cost Effectiveness, in addition to Cost Estimate, and Selling Price Estimate.
