Manage the Landscape works for the group as well as the plant nursery.

Manage and supervise assigned indoor and outdoor landscape projects.

and propagation in the nursery, follow up the maintenance and collection of plant residue for the purpose of propagation, follow up the plant supply for all Nakheel projects as required.
Assist in developing company standards, policies, procedures and act as part of a brain storming team on strategic landscape development and management.
Oversee the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions.
Participate in the development of landscaping and grounds construction and maintenance plans; evaluate specifications, and make modifications as appropriate.
Research and development that assist in outsourcing technologies.
Assist in the selection of technical and professional contractors required for landscape projects and evaluate their pre-qualification.
Assist in generating Budget Cost Estimate of Hard and Soft landscape projects.
