Integrating HR & Administration strategies into the organization's overall mission
and operational strategy.


 Develops and / or reviews HRM "Best Practices" periodically.

 Develops, reviews, implements, and updates applicant tracking, employment
practices, compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, organization structure,
job descriptions and human resources programs and methods on a regular basis.


 Manages and approves employment contracts.


 Plans, develop, provide and evaluate training and staff training and development
programs.

 Arrange on-the-job training for new hires covering Company Business.

 Develops, reviews, and communicates competitive compensation and benefit plans.

 Develops and updates HR & Administration policies, procedures and employee
handbook in line with Saudi labor law.

 Manages the Payroll Section develops and implements process improvements to
ensure the timely and accurate processing, analysis, or reporting of financial data.

 Reviews and assesses contracts, quotations, proposals, and recommends renewal/
cancellation of all service contracts affecting the normal functioning of the
Company.

 Supervises all activities relating to Mail services, utility bills, procurement services,
vendors and maintenance services contracts, fire and premises insurance, stationery,
procurement, catering services, cars, fire prevention and security services, medical
insurance, archive, communications and electricity, governmental licenses,
.activities relating to Government Relations Officer etc

 Managing and handling flight booking, hotel, for staff business trips.


 Updating and managing HR and Admin. Forms, Medical Insurance, Company
governmental licenses, vendors & maintenance services, stationeries.

 Working through Muqeem program.


 Supervises all activates relating to Government Relations Officer
